1. About these terms

These terms apply to trade enquiries and orders placed with United Blue Sky LLC ("we", "us"). By placing an order or requesting a quote you agree to them.

2. Trade customers

We supply businesses, including retailers and online sellers. Our products are sold for resale or business use.

3. Quotes and pricing

Prices are given on request and are quoted for the quantities and products you specify. A quote is valid for the period shown on it. Prices and availability may change before an order is confirmed.

4. Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing by email. We may decline or limit an order, for example if stock is unavailable.

5. Payment

Payment terms are agreed at the time of quotation. Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are agreed when your order is confirmed. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please check your goods on arrival.

7. Returns

8. Liability

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
